Why are you going from html to standard mid-listing process? Have you perhaps tried listing without doing that? Something is monkeying with our code mid-process...

I'm guessing Sherry goes back to standard view because it's easier to view & make changes there - I don't use the ebsq templates but I paste my own writeups in html into the html section & then edit from Standard since it's much easier. Maybe I'll do a test with the ebsq code.

OK I just tried it using Michele's code, it looked fine in the preview but I couldn't get to the second page, I was stopped with this error message:

Please provide the correct information in the highlighted fields.

* Description - Your listing cannot contain javascript (".cookie", "cookie(", "replace(", IFRAME, META, or includes), cookies or base href.

Michele did you see anything like that? I don't know how it let you list!!

I'll try the basic ebsq template now (I've never tried it)

I just tried creating my own template from my art case, everything worked fine (even switching back & forth between HTML & Standard). I'm guessing the problem is due to that code referenced in my last post.

PROBLEM SOLVED!!

You were right Aimee...I used Internet Explorer instead of Google Chrome and it did just fine.

I didn't think that could be the problem cause I have been using Google Chrome so long, but maybe I WAS on another browser before when my templates were working correctly.
