Profile Error - 8/28/2005 4:55:16 PM

I keep getting this error(see below) when trying to enter my profile link??? It has been this way since yesterday. Any ideas??? Thanks, Melinda
Page cannot be found

The page you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.

Please try the following:

If you typed the page address in the Address bar, make sure that it is spelled correctly.
Open the www.ebsqart.com home page, and then look for links to the information you want.
Click the Back button to try another link.

Problem: Unknown Error -1.

can you tell me exactly what you're trying to enter and where?

Hi Gillie,
Thanks for helping me

It happens when I click on my "Profile" from the home page(about half the time) this is the message:
Page cannot be found

The page you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.

are you talking about this profile page:

or the one at the top of the menu bar where you log in?

and are you on dial-up?

have you tried since you reported the problem?

we've been doing a lot of things to speed things up...

Gillie,
I can log in, I just can't get into my profile. I have been getting in probably 1 out of every 2 times. Today, not at all.
