My name is Melinda Dalke. I live outside of Salem, Oregon. I live in a small town with my husband,7 cats and 2 dogs. I am originally from Las Vegas, Nevada. I have an Associates Degree in Graphic Arts. I paint in watercolor, acrylic, ink, and pastels. I enjoy trying new mediums and subjects. I love to paint nature and animal art. I am represented by the Palace Gallery in Oakland, Oregon. I am a volunteer at Turtle Ridge Wildlife Center in Salem, Oregon. I am an active member of several online groups-World Wide Women Artists-WWAO, ACEO and others. I am a founding member of Art Helping Animals.
