EBSQ's cache of Online tools is created in-house with the self-representing artist in mind. You'll find these tools are intuitive, easy to use, and help even the most computer inept artist create a stunning presentation online. The tools details below are just a small sampling of what we offer, and more are being created all the time.

EBSQ Auction Templates:

EBSQ Members can use our auction templates to quickly generate professional looking auction listings.

The Template Tools offer the following Features:

  • Input for title, size, media, date and 'details'
  • Input for 'About the Artist' text
  • Input for Shipping Details
  • Input for Payment Details
  • Input for 'Other Info'
  • Remembers last entry for About, Shipping, Payment, Other Info
  • Allows selection of up to 4 images. Images hosted by EBSQ can be chosen from a drop box.
  • Alternately, templates can be generated on the fly from any piece listed in your art case reusing the fields and images you've already set up.
  • Built in counter
  • Any field can contain HTML - allowing great customization flexibility.
  • 'Automatic' inclusion of links to 'About Me' and 'My Other Auctions'
  • Any information not entered will be not be displayed by the template. For instance, if a date is not listed for the piece, 'Date' will not show up at all.

Hit Counters:

EBSQ Members can use our reliable hit counters to track traffic to their auctions, me page, or web site.

The Hit Counter Tools offer the following Features:

  • Tool to create new counters - and give them names.
  • Tool to delete or clear (zero out) a counter
  • A page to view all of their counters
  • No Limitation on the number of counters
  • Integration with other EBSQ tools. For instance, members that take advantage of our Template or 'About Me' tools have counters automatically added for them.
  • Counters that link back to EBSQ are 'smart' in that they know which user
  • created the counter and therefore can direct a visitor to that artist's profile on EBSQ.

About Me Generator:

Utilizing a member's EBSQ profile, we help them quickly generate a professional looking 'About Me' page that includes their Artist Statement and images from their portfolio.

The About Me Generator Tool offers the following Features:

  • Utilizes already (easily) entered information from the artist's profile
  • Contains a counter that links back to EBSQ - which subsequently points the visitor to the artist's profile on EBSQ
  • Provides html to the artist that they can edit if they wish, or simply paste in their desired location
  • Images are from the members profile - which are hosted at EBSQ

Portfolio Tools:

EBSQ offers extensive portfolio tools. Currently there is no limit on the number of items one can have in their portfolio.

The Portfolio Tools offer the following Features:

  • Dynamic Resizing of images. No need to upload differnt sizes of images - simple use our tool to create a new size for an image and a URL is generated that links to the new resized image.
  • All images in one's portfolio are available as 'hosted images' (above and beyond the 20 additional images).
  • Area to enter a statement about the piece.
  • Area to enter size, media, and date of the work.
  • Ability to organize one's portfolio into personal galleries - as defined by the member.
  • Ability to have the item placed in upto three (3) of EBSQs Galleries.

Additional Image Hosting:

EBSQ Members can host an additional twenty (20) images on EBSQ for no charge. Typically this is used for images that one doesn't want to appear in their portfolio - such as logos or works in progress.

The Image Hosting Tools offer the following Features:

  • Dynamic Resizing of images. No need to upload differnt sizes of images - simple use our tool to create a new size for an image and a URL is generated that links to the new resized image.
  • Host up to twenty (20) images you may not wish to include in your portfolio, such as logos, images of works in progress, etc.
  • Tool to add / remove images
  • Resize images as they are sent to EBSQ
  • Integration with other EBSQ Tools. For instance, those using the Template tool can choose images hosted at EBSQ from a drop box (by name).

Online Show Entry:

Members can easily enter their work into EBSQ Online Shows, with show pieces automatically added to the artist's show archive in their portfolio.

The Online Show Entry Tool offers the following features:

  • Pre-enter shows at your convenience, with the ability to view and edit your entry before it goes live
  • Automatic thumbnail creation and resize of images for your show entry
  • Room to include supporting text and up to three (3) detail images for each entry
