Is anyone else having trouble uploading to their portifolio. Tried 2 times and both times it disappeared into cyber land.

Amie was saying they were having issues post migration with functionality. She was pretty pissed at the company actually. I would hold off on doing anything until she gives the all clear...

Tried three times...can't either...I will wait awhile. Hopefully they will get it worked out. Feel sorry for the issues they are having right now.

Hey, on the bright side the forums are still working at the moment...(~;

Yup, it's one of the bugs we're working out post-server migration. Hang in there, kids! This is obviously a top priority since what good is an art site without art?

I haven't tried yet but I hope it's working when I (hopefully) upload my "better late than never" pieces.  Two of them at least.

TEMPORARY fix: make sure your images are resized to 800 x 800 or smaller before uploading. Anything larger that would need to be resized isn't making it through.

ok, I made all my images 800x800  Did my first image and wrote all my stuff, saved, did second image, saved and then did my third image..   It would not save all three at one time like it did before.   I hope this helps solve the mystery.

I have my jpeg images set to 800 pixels or less in the larges direction but unable to get the image to open in art case "add" area. Has anyone else had problems with this and know what might be a fix?

Heide, is this a new problem for you? The issue to which you're responding was resolved two months ago...

well, it just wasn't showing in my edit art case area where you upload the pic and write statement etc. I went ahead and put it through anyway and it did open in all the other views. Is it new that it doesn't show inside your edit area just after you upload it?

Do you perhaps have a search term saved in your art case search tool? That would certainly cause what you're describing...

Do you use the art case search tool? it's below where you upload your art.  If you don't, then this likely isn't the problem.

I just uploaded something and couldn't replicate your problem.

If you don't use your artcase to search, this likely isn't the cause your problem.

well it never happened before and I was still able to load it in so it ended up not being a big problem either way
