Question re:Monthly EBSQ shows - 4/24/2007 2:23:30 PM
Guest
I'm sorry if this is the wrong place.  I couldn't find a "ask silly questions here" forum listed.   I was hoping to enter one of the three April shows but I can't seem to find out HOW to enter.  I'm hoping some kind member will point me to the page with instructions beyond the prospectus.
Thanks!
Judy

That's hardly a silly question!

Only paid members of the EBSQ artist community can enter shows. But that being said, here's how:

To add an entry to any show: 1) upload your art or find the piece you'd like to enter that's already in your artcase2) select "enter show" from the pull-down menu at the right hand side of this item (the default says "edit") and click the "go" button3) find the show you wish to enter and read over the prospectus to make sure your piece meets all of the requirements. if you feel you're good to go, click "enter"4) there is no step 4. you're all done!

I guess that I should have mentioned that I am a paid member.  I've just never had the time to sit down and try to find the instructions and now that I did, I still couldn't find the upload instructions.  I do have a profile and I have already uploaded to my portfolio.  I'm just having a difficult time finding out how to get it from there to enter the show.  Thanks for trying to help.

Amie,
Thanks so much for your instructions. I did not realize there was a list of options  other than "edit".  It was simple to follow after that discovery.
Thankyou for taking the time to respond!
Judy

Oh, and Judy, I see that your paid status isn't showing up properly on the forums, so let me get that corrected now. I'm guessing the upgrade didn't save properly (which unfortunately does happen from time to time with the forum software)

Thanks so much for all your help and your kind comment regarding my first entry.   I'll need to explore the site again and see if I've been missing anything else.

Thanks again,
Judy

WOW.....   I DID miss a lot!  There was even a forum for asking my original question.  I just couldn't see it.
