Hi. I am Susan. artandartifacts. new. first time artist member. am having to learn pretty much everything. was a digital zero until fairly recently.
I am really looking forward to being able to relax and use all the features of this site and get around to meeting and browsing and yadda yadda.
Looks like a great place.
I am trying to get up to speed on this and a couple of other web sites -so-if I loose something or don't respond- it is because I am totally lost. bear with me.
Well that's my story. I look forward to getting to know ya'll.

Huh- this is my second reply- do not know where the other one is.....I went back to art case and made some things public. Not really what I want to show yet but it is in the experimental stage. Thank you for taking the time to look.

Hi & welcome!  Nice glass work in your portfolio, and you have your avatar up & running so you're doing great!  Poke around in the forums and don't be shy.

Hi Beth. Thank you. I checked out your web site. I love your work. How do you like that site. Can you say other site names here-yess-y or no-y? I think I am getting a bit punchy.  I do however like your paintings. Very nice flow.IMHO.

LOL!  It is perfectly fine to say ETSY or eBay or whatever here.  You are doing very well!  Can you see all the forums?

Yes, try out some of the other forums...especially the Water Cooler..that is where a lot of the action is.

My Avatar is myself when a tat younger....several of us have put up avatars with earlier versions of ourselves...LOL.....change your avatar if you want, but yours is very nice looking, like the colors.

No, Caro, you are right.  The Watercooler is the name of a set of Forums that includes Coffee Talk, Random Humore, etc.  Click on Forums on the top toolbar, you will see.  (Clearly, you click on active topics or today's topics, or whatever it is, just like I do 95% of the time.   )

I finally noticed that and felt better...I really wasn't losing my mind!  I could have sworn it was the watercooler and now I know I was partly right....so losing only part of my mind!  I am so relieved!  LOL

Yes, I always click on "posts since last visit" .  Works for me!

Thank you. Nice to make your acquaintance Beaded Heron!
I have some questions + I am not sure where to post them.
I know there is some tech issue(s) going on + I am having serious trouble posting and editing my art case. Is this due to the problem specific to today or is it something I am doing or????? is it endemic?(????endemic?)???
The other question I have is this.
I entered a piece in the Re-Purposed Show and would like to enter more. i sent a msg to info link as it says in the faq's. However- I expected to see some sort of button for paying like a paypal thing. I didn't see anything. I didn't get a bill. Do they charge your monthly account? If I can figure this out- I would like to enter some more stuff before the deadline.
Basically ALL my things fall in this category so I will have no problem entering the limit...;)
If someone could point me in the right direction I'd be obliged.
OK tx in advance.
