we've noticed the issue ourselves and are looking into possible causes. i know it's been hellish for people on dial-up in particular.

in the interim, if you haven't done this already aja, make sure your images are 800 x 800 or smaller before you upload.

I seem to be having this same problem..I haven't uploaded any pics to my artcase in a while and when I tried to just now, it did nothing...no error message or anything it just refused to react to my clicking the start button...lol

I made sure the images weren't too big...now what?

i was able to add the piece, plus the detail image just fine. saw that you had them in photobucket. if you're trying to add them directly from photobucket to your artcase, that's why it's not working, since we're not set up to grab images that way via the artcase tool. if that's not what's going on, we'll have to continue looking since we weren't able to duplicate the problem on our end. in the interim, you may want to rename the painting in your artcase, lol. it's there under the title of the main image jpeg, and is currently in your still life gallery.

All during the time y'all were gabbing about this here I was having Internet problems in general including getting on this site except for at the library.  It seems to have worked itself out last week.  Now i am able to do things at home.  I uploaded something earlier today to this site and it all seemed normal.

I think hurricane stuff interfered somehow.  A large part of the country probabaly got disfunctional and messed things up even out of those areas due to bottleneck or whatever.

I had a hard time even getting on my ISP to get email at the library.

Things seem normal now.

If you timed out, perhaps you are either on dial-up or attempting to upload a very large image, perhaps at a high volume time. I'd suggest resizing and trying again.
