Hmmmm, I was able to upload a difference version of the jpeg for you (from your identity images on the main site) but it's still not showing up.
For some reason, when I tried to compress the file you attached to this message, it didn't let me. Weird.

The problem was that your jpeg, while tiny, was still very large in file size. It needed to be compressed for the web, since as an avatar, you don't have the need for such high quality. The jpeg you're using now is your small identity image, which, while larger in image area, is much smaller file-sizewise.
