John,

So I'm on the same page with you:

Are you talking about the option to apply for EBSQ Plus being gone from your pull-down menu of options for your ArtCase? If that's to what you're referring, then yes, that's gone because that option is only available for 2 weeks in March and 2 weeks in September.

And are you talking about the EBSQ galleries, your personal galleries, or descriptions you personally included with items within your ArtCase itself? Once I know for sure what we're looking for, we'll look into it.

any particular one where this is missing? everything i've looked at so far has had a media listed...

and that would explain why i couldn't find a problem, lol.
