I can't replicate the problem, so let me ask a few more questions:

where is the image hosted? could it be somewhere that might be blocking it being shared elsewhere? also, what browser are you using?

not sure what's going on. i know that ebsq images wouldn't be blocked in any way, so we can obviously rule that out. i successfully posted with IE6, i think, so it's most likely not the browser. i have it on good authority that you're not a moron.

just to be clear, you're clicking the little yellow mountain pic at the far right end of the tool bar just above the text box and entering the url where the image is hosted, without using double http:// from both the full url and the one that's auto put there by the software, correct?

one more question--did you try rebooting and/or resetting your modem and/or router?

oh, and the cutting up problem you're seeing when you first come to the site actually shouldn't be a problem in the new version of the site currently in development...at least we don't think so from what we've tested so far!

I uploaded my images to snapfish, and yes I am deleting the extra set.....grrr. I KNOW I have done photos this way before. I don't want to just post links....to say that it sorta defeats the purpose of the thread is an understatement. Amie, I am using IE 6.0.2800.1106.

I also doublechecked that it wasn't your account on the forums that was giving you a problem; I was able to log in as you and post something (which I deleted, so as not to confuse folks, lol)

Still trying to think of any other reasons why this stopped working for you all of a sudden.

Did you try the reboot?
