It's there because you tried to delete an item for which you generated a COA. Our site requires at least part of that piece to remain intact for the COA to work, hence the broken jpeg. We suggest you either re-add the item, or simply turn it "off" so it's not showing live in your portfolio.

by removing it from your personal gallery and selecting "none"

just be aware that when the owner of the painting views the coa, they'll be viewing the info without the accompanying image, which has nothing to do with the image being "on" or "off" but is a result of your trying to delete the item.
