Hey -

The text for the artist's statement goes in "Statement About Piece" on
the Edit / Add Art Case Item page. I am assuming that you have already
added the piece to your portfolio so you will need to edit your item.
It's easy to do - log in and go to "My Profile." Go to your "Art Case"
and select the appropriate work. "Edit" is the default selection, so all
you have to do is hit "GO." Once you are there, just edit the statement.

There isn't a Valentine show. You must be refering to the Seasonal Art gallery, which has nothing to do with our shows on the site.

First, enter your piece into your ArtCase. Make sure the piece and statement meet the requirements of the prospectus. Then, find that piece again in your ArtCase and select "Enter Show" from the pull-down menu at the far right (the default action you'll see there says "edit"). Then, hit "go" and follow the instructions provided from there.

You can submit up to 5 pieces for open shows, like this one, unless otherwise stated in the prospectus. Juried shows allow up to 3 entries unless otherwise specified.

You can enter up to 5 pieces in the show.

Here is a link to the "Shows" section on the "FAQ" page on the main site.
The FAQ page in general is a good place to go if you have questions. It
can save you a lot of time.
