I am struggling with creating my first COA, going through what I think are correct processes, but don't think I'm succeeding. To get acquainted with the site, I chose to post my first piece of artwork, a custom commissioned reproduction that I'm ready to deliver. Thought I would include a printed COA, but can't find it if I was successful, or it wasn't created and I'm not sure why...

Hey I am unable to create a COA for one of my pieces also. Is there some glitch?

No glitch, so far as I know. And to reply to your email, Alma, George and I were dealing with his technical issues via email instead of the forums since he contacted us both ways.

So let me ask you, since you also contacted us both ways, do you want to deal with this via email or via the forums?

(I can 100% guarantee email is faster, but I will happily help you either way)
