I am using google chrome but have also tried IE and can not get the statement on new art work I upload to hold when I post. I have cleared all browser data and still no luck, It has not been working for several days now. Any ideas?

I just tested Chrome and was able to add a statement that stuck, so it's not a site or browser-centric issue so far as I can tell.
Are you doing anything different? Did anything software-wise change on your end?
