I have uploaded 2 pieces of work to the New work forum, and though they come up on my screen as listed the next day it disappears. At first I thought no one liked the piece of art, but I looked at hits and it was 5. I think all of those was me. I listed the first one 7/21/14 and used chrome or safari. The second one was listed last night and does not even appear anywhere. I feel snubbed lol!

Sounds like a technical issue. Let me look into it.

It looks like posts have been disappearing for months. I don't immediately see a reason why. I'm assuming there have been both externally hosted image posts and uploaded jpg posts that aren't showing up?

My question before was referring to other people who may have posted in that section since then (looks like no new posts since early July). But if this is an upload-issue regardless of section, that's a different line of research. Could you clarify what's going on?

Here is the whole deal. On several occasions I have uploaded a JPEG from my PC to a 4 forum section on EBSQ , usually from chrome as a browser. I am not 100% sure that it was chrome, however Safari has not allowed me to upload art to my profile on EBSQ for more than 6 months, so I am assuming I use chrome. It would pop up and show me that it had uploaded to the various sections complete with attached pic. I would leave the page and wait to receive a reply notification. When none came for several days, I would return to this site forms section, and click on posts since the last visit. Sometimes it would show up, other times it was not only not in the post since last visit section it was also awol from the Forum Period. At one point I checked back and it appeared on my post since menu and it's said it had had 5 hits. I thought that could be me clicking on it various times on the occasions it wkmade an apperence. It was not until today (and I thought you fixed it) that I got a reply from anyone or it appeared again. It was not until yesterday when I posted my monkey picture, in the 3-D section and fiber art, and checked today and it was no longer there, then I decided it probably was a technical issue. Now both of the post in question appear in the 3-D fiber arts section. I hope this explanation helps, and please don't tell me that I have lost my mind lol.

Are any other posts of yours missing or just ones that include forum-uploaded images?

Is anyone else missing posts?

I still can't find any reason why this is happening.

Alma I saw your monkey when you had posted it here - I wasn't able to comment at the time (was looking for a quick "like button" then remembered where I was) and I guess it was gone by the time I was back there. I wonder if I had commented, would it still have disappeared?

I did have one non image that disappeared to awhile back, but for the life of me I can't remember what it was. Vicky I don't think the lack of comments cause the missing posts They were up only sporadically and no one could see them, myself included.
