I've been away from EBSQ for a while, just returned to find that ALL my images have Xs on them. Please clarify! What is going on?

I just looked at your portfolio and nothing's x'd out. Did you perhaps accidentally block the images on EBSQ?

Thanks for checking Amie and Amanda. This is what I did:

From the home page of EBSQ I went in through My Profile>My Art . The Art Case Thumbnail View page comes up where all the images have an x in the right hand corner along with a note that says: " Edit Title". If I Preview the image, it shows : "Add to my Galleries" icon to the right of the image.

Maybe this is normal and I'm just panicking for no reason. I don't understand how I could have blocked the images on EBSQ...

Let me log in as you and see if I can duplicate what you're seeing in your art case.

I am now trying to add an image to the hydrangea show but cannot find the submit button to do so.

Did you accidentally disable Flash?

Here's Adobe's page to see what you have installed. You need Flash to use the tools in your artcase, which is what it actually sounds like is not working for you.

Dee, I see nothing amiss in your personal art case. It sounds like Flash either crashed or needs to be updated, since those tools are dependent upon Flash to do their thing.

The Flash link/page tells me I have the latest installed.

Also, has anything changed on your end?

I can't see any problems with our site tools, or your account, or when trying to access your account with the two browsers you indicated via email.

Nothing has really changed, just a new imac in September. Downloaded the Flash again and couldn't open it, said there was no application to open it...Have a call in to my techie so will see what she says.

Have you successfully used EBSQ's site tools since you got the new computer? You said you'd been away for a while and everything was wonky when you came back.

Per the email you sent, you haven't yet successfully used EBSQ since you got the new computer.

Flash may be one culprit. Java may be the other. Check this and see if java is the issue: http://www.java.com/en/download/installed.jsp

I reinstalled Flash, my Java is the latest because I need it for teaching online courses...so I tried again and went to Art Case and explored the tools (no I haven't done that for some time) and was able to upload an image to the hydrangea show (not the one I wanted, but anyway it worked...). So I'm the first one in the show, but with an image that I'm not happy with...

All said and told, it must be on my end, and my fault...having been away for some time and now getting back to it and seeing the tools and procedures to be a bit different from what I remember, I should be glad that it worked out, and now I need to get to work and add more images!

Was there an issue with the item you wanted to upload to the show? If you like, you can email it to info@ebsqart.com and we can get it uploaded on your behalf.

Not to worry, Amie. Thanks anyway, it can stand as is. I'll probably find another image to work on and enter that one.
