Hi Amie - When i click on the "add art" button the writing turns blue and the button becomes recessed with a little red "x". Nothing else happens. Very frustrating.

I'm using Internet Explorer 9.0

I'm using Windows 7

99.103.124.238 is my IP address

Thiis has only been a problem recently.

Has anything recently changed on your end? And have you tried a different browser just to test things?

To me, it sounds like either a java or a flash issue, but I'm waiting for a better diagnosis from the expert.

Now that you mention it - I have been having Adobe Flash problems. I can't access many things because it says I need to download the latest version of Adobe Flash. I keep adding it, but it doesn't seem to take.

That's your likely problem with us, then, since our upload tool uses Flash (that's also why one can't upload via Apple mobile devices).
Do you have someone local who can help you diagnose why your Adobe upgrades aren't working?

Problem solved! Iwent into the bowels of my computer and finally discovered that for some reason Adobe Flash had been disabled. I enabled it and all is well! Thanks for your input!
