I wanted to place a special code in my Artist's Statement for prints at FineArtAmerica:

As you can see it's Javascript and iframe-- are these not compatible or not allowed? And if so do you think they may be in the future?

Won't work, and likely won't work in the future. iFrame monkeys up the CSS.
