Hi Amie,

When I go to upload my art onto my profile using the "upload your art" link it takes me to the Homepage of this site.

It sounds like the page wasn't done loading when you clicked the upload button. Go back to the upload page, give it a minute, and try again.

(we're working to speed up this process so it won't be an issue in the future)

Is it supposed to go to the Homepage and then I would click on the "just add art" link? That doesn't click either but maybe I should give it a few more minutes.

The "amplify your presence" image doesn't seem to be loading all the way. It goes halfway and stops. I'm not sure if I am being helpful here or not.

Just mentioning it in case...

Try rebooting your computer and see if that helps. It sounds like our site isn't loading fully for you, which is why you're encountering this known bug.

Thanks Amie. The thing is is that I had just turned it on after doing errands this morning after the first time.

If I have problems that continue even into tomorrow is there any way I can get the image I want to put up on the pointillism show. You already have it on your server as my piece I posted in the critiques thread down below. I could just write up my statement for it.

Or I could just get myself to the library tomorrow evening.

I was going to do more pieces for this month's show.


I'll turn off my computer and iphone hotspot first and see if that works.

Diana,what brower are you using. I had that problem about 80% of the time when I was using Firefox as a browser. I would switch over to safari and it would be fine.
