Thanks, Donna! Time just gets spread so thin--hard to get it all in.

Amie--I sent comcast security an email and got a LOOOONG response. The email said that if you are not getting bounced emails, they have to be going somewhere. I think my spam folder was set to automatically delete messages. Anyways, I tried to readjust this in my comcast.net account. Will see if that does the trick.

Success! AOTD turned up in my Spam folder on comcast.net this morning. I labelled it as NOT SPAM and it moved into my inbox and transferred to my email client. So in the end the problem stemmed from my spam preferences. Didn't even know these existed! The messages were getting deleted automatically. It seems to be fixed--I guess I'll see how it goes over the next few days.

TWO DAY PROCESS FOR ADJUSTING COMCAST SPAM FILTER:
For other comcast customers not receiving AOTD, you need to check your spam filter set up on comcast.net. Log into your account. Go to "Preferences". Select "Email". Then under "Settings Managed", select "Spam Filtering/Confirmation". You will have to sign in again. Then under "Enable Spam Filter", make sure "Keep a local copy in my Spam folder" is checked. Hit OK. Back in the main email preference, at the bottom in the scheduling section select how many days you want the Spam to remain in your folder. Once you've done this, the next day you will need to log in again, and check for AOTD in the Spam folder. Select it, and then select "Not Spam" in the bar above the inbox. AOTD should turn up in your inbox and then (if you are using one) your email client. Good Luck!

Today AOTD got trapped in my spam folder on comcast.net, but at least it was there. Looks like I'll need to keep after this, but now I know where to look.

Uh-oh, I seem to have gotten it for a few days, then it quit. It's not in my spam folder either.

I just went to the front page and signed up again to get Art of the Day. I'll keep you posted as to whether this worked or not.

Annie, there was no need to re-register unless you're trying an alternate email address. You're still properly registered and the emails are properly going out. Comcast just decided that they're smarter than their customers regarding the decision as to what they're allowed to receive and not.

Overall, this problem was resolved, but I did not receive AOTD today. It did not show up in my comcast account at all--not even in the Spam folder-- so thought I would check in and see if there were any issues sending it out today.
