Hm, I can't seem to find an Inspect Element option when I right-click. However I think it is specifically a Firefox problem, because I tried Safari just now and it did save!

Hi everyone,

I am having a few problems with the new stuff..lol

You have version 10,2,152,32 installed

I thought we could place our art in more than one gallery, but I can't seem to do that. Is it just one gallery?

Also, every time I fill in my keyword blurb, it disappears. But everything else stays there.

Also, I think I used to be able to copy my statement from Word and then just paste it into the statement area, (blue box) but I can't seem to get it to fit.

Thank you in advance for your help.

Susie

Susie,

What browser (IE7? Firefox4?) are you using? Also, what operating system? (Mac, PC?)

And you're not having problems with the actual upload process, correct?

Regarding keywords not saving for you, I've logged that issue. I thought it was something that was previously fixed, but apparently not.

Yes, you can still add your work to multiple EBSQ galleries and it works exactly the same way as before. I'll review how it works once I know what operating system you're on.

As to your artist statement, are you sure you're in edit mode when you try to paste it? You'll know because you'll be in your artcase, and the box won't be blue anymore, plus a lot of little icons will show up above your text area to assist your editing.

Hello, I am having a problem saving the descripton of my painting. Everything else seems to work well except for the description. There is no "save" button or "continue" button in that part so I don't know how to save it.

Also, I want to enter text from MS word and a hyperlink in the description...so do I have to enter that all in the HTML editor?

What happens when you click an area of the page outside of the text box?

Ok, I just tried clicking outside the text box and it didn't work. Also, I tried click outside of the entire box and that didn't work either. I tried in both chrome and IE.

The only other resort I had was to try Firefox and that didn't work either. Without this being able to work, I can't see any reason to work with Ebsq anymore. It used to work with the old format but it doesn't work anymore. Are there any plans for going back to the working version in the future?

here is mine: MAC 10,1,102,64 BTW the only problem that I have had is I can't do a cut and save from the text box under details description. I have mentiioned this and someone thought that is was a firefox issue...that could be but I hate Safari and I do not have the proper OS for opera, or chrome.
