We did have some serious (lack of) speed issues yesterday which Bill spent the whole day working on. Hopefully things should go faster for you today.

I cannot add detail images to my Montana Truck. The images are there but I have them hidden. I uploaded them all a once. How do you get them to go to detail images????

I think you lost me somewhere. Are you uploading your detail images as main images that you're trying to turn into details after the fact? Or are you uploading your detail images when you are editing your main image?

(and please let me know if that came out in English!)

I was uploading several photos of the Montana truck at the same time. I thought you could do that. They all uploaded.NOW my question, can you put the uploaded photos on the same place with the main image.

No, unfortunately you can't change your bulk uploaded main images into detail images. If you want to upload details for your Montana Truck piece:

find the gallery-enabled Montana Truck (not your hidden ones) in your Art Case
select "edit"
select "detail images"
then upload your details and save.

Sorry for the confusion!

OK, I am getting tired of this. I cannot upload any detail images to my port. One day it works and five minutes later it says upload failed. When are you getting this to work properly??

Is there any kind of error message beyond "upload failed"? We weren't aware of any new problems.

Are you working on something else?

I went to move some of my artwork to the "Tis The Season" gallery and I have nothing there...zippo. It's there if you go to public view but not there for me to make changes or work on my portfolio...it's blank.

It says "Profile Information could not be found. For whatever reason... we were trying to find '33925'

Just me? Except for the newly posted art on the front page can't seem to click on anybodys art and be able to open it up. Just get an arrow instead of the little teeny tiny hand.

ok...is it just me or is it taking everyone longer to add new art?

it might just be me and dial up i don't know...the picture does load faster but putting the details in is taking me forever because i have to click save after every single entry and then it automatically takes me back to the picture where i have to click the edit button again...every time...is this how it's alway going to be?

and sometimes i have to put the details in a couple of times for it to "take"

Olga, it shouldn't be doing that. What browser, etc?

Lisa, what error are you getting? I haven't had anyone else report this error, so I need a starting place.
