I changed my screen resolution from 1280 x 800 to 800 x 600 and this is what happened to the view:

You have an older computer, don't you? Is 800 x 600 is largest?

That's very odd. It looks fine in IE 7 (my IE test browser) and I've heard from others it looks fine in IE 8. I don't think dial up explains the problem, either. Well, maybe the taking forever part. But not the way it's displaying for you.

ok...i fiddled with it some more and now it looks like Amandas...i still have to scan right to left to see it all but it IS all lined up right now!

Hi Annie,

I can't seem to figure out how to see the winners of the "Hope" show, for example. I click, but I get just the entries. and have even inadvertently gotten into another show, the pink show, I think.

I keep looking at the screen, but can't see the winners buttons anywhere...

found my new upload a few minutes ago.. and wrote out the dimensions, media, date and statement.. when I saved it.. to go to and add more detail pics.. it all disappeared and it can't find the "new upload" again?

Is that still being worked on..  I may wait a bit and try later, so I don't spend so much time to lose it all .   I had a long statement and hope it's not gone.

The artcase IS still being worked on (ETA 24-36 hours for 100% completion). I'd suggest holding off on adding/editing stuff until we give the all clear.

The morning bug update was posted a little while ago on the blog. We'll be posting a second batch of updates later today.

I have 3 COA's that I need to send to customers. I've told them that due to updates with the website that there would be a delay. I went on to do one today and there seems to be some info missing, like the size of the piece, etc. This info is all there to doublecheck before making the COA, but not on the COA itself. I'm including a pic, Amie, can you tell me if it's good to go or if I should wait?

For some reason, size attributes (and one other field I can't recall) aren't being passed on from the items that are in your artcase BUT you have the option to include that info manually before you click preview, then save. Other than that, COAs are indeed good to go!

Amie,

I did fill in all that info on the previous page before I pressed the create COA button, but the info is still not there as you can see from the photo that I took the time to upload.

I also just uploaded 2 pieces items into my artcase, it worked but why do we have to upload the main picture first, change it to Gallery and then upload the rest of the info? Seems like a lot of steps that could be taken care of on a single page. I then ran into problems when I wanted to change the titles of the pictures to the name of the piece and not the actual file name but the changes will not take. I am pressing save but it's still not working when I go to my portfolio view.

I was also wondering if the MyArt tab could default to show your art in order of newest first. I have to sort them everytime I go into it, seems that most people would be working with their newest items the most and not stuff they posted a couple years ago. There doesn't seem to be any logical order to the way they are appearing right now.

The other thing that I noticed was that when I do go into edit something and press save, the window disappears and then in order to continue making changes I need to reopen the item. Do you have to press save for each detail image? There is a save button for each one or can I just press save after I'm done everything?

Adding art this way is very tedious, I've been here for 3/4 hour just trying to finish 2 pieces. I don't mean to be harsh about this, but it seems to me that it's totally not user friendly at the moment. Hopefully this will improve in the future, but for now it is kind of aggravating. This is the busiest time of year for lots of people and taking the time to report all these bugs is taking away time I could be spending on making more art. I am on IE 8 as I said before, did no one check to see if the relaunch would work on it before the release? Sorry for the vent, but I am getting a little more than frustrated. I will now be mailing 3 customers their COA's at my own expense and I am not going to bother uploading anymore art here until I hear word that it will work and then I can do it successfully in one sitting.
