AnnieM -> RE: Report your relaunch bugs here (11/9/2010 4:22:39 PM)

I moved this over from the other forum. Still having the problem again today, the 9th: Ok, I checked several ways... I thought maybe the people who are juried or lifetime wouldn't show up in the plain member section, but it was the same. I could bring up no artists names. We use Windows Internet Explorer 8. The error message I keep getting is below. My husband can figure out just about anything IT, we cleared history, re-started, and when we still couldn't get anyone's names up, he thinks it's EBSQ's problem with the new set up. I used several artists names who I triple checked, like Vicky's, my own, and several others, and still not bringing them up. I'm guessing that this means that anyone out there using Windows Internet Explorer 8 won't be able to bring up any artist's pages. ? Ok, here's the error message. Hope it helps. EBSQ Error Page -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Category: ADODB.Recordset Number: (0x800A0BB9) Descripton: Arguments are of the wrong type, are out of acceptable range, or are in conflict with one another. Reference Number: This information has been emailed to the site administrator. Feel free to also contact them at tech@ebsqart.com. Please include the above-mentioned Reference Number in your correspondence. Also, a short message about what part of the site you were using, and what you were attempting to do would be most helpful and appreciated. < Message edited by AnnieM -- 11/8/2010 11:37:14 PM > Aime: When I click on "artists" at the top, it takes me to a page where I can choose either "ebsq members" or "lifetime members" etc. I just clicked plain old "ebsq members" (figuring that lifetime and juried members would be included). There's a little search box on the right of that page where you type in a name. I've tried several members now and it brings me to the error page. I typed in ann murray another time Vicky's, yours, several others and it still brings up the error page. I do see all the boxes on the bottom of that page with artists pictures and names, that part is good (but they aren't in alphabetical order). It's Windows Internet Explorer 8. If anyone else out there has that version, is anyone else having this trouble too? I think I'll take the liberty of moving this to the "bugs" section.
