I just took the survey and wanted to point out a bug in question 9. You cannot select more than one item for each rating. I had 2 N/As, and it wouldn't let me enter the 2nd one (my first one then disappeared). I ended up with a different rating for each item, which is not what I intended. It may be just a Mac thing, or a Firefox thing, but it will skew some results.

Ok, it should be all better. Apparently I had a ticky box checked that shouldn't have been checked. It's unchecked now.
