just wandering what is the process for being selected as art of the day?

There is no application process for Art of the Day (AOTD). Our site editors select the work directly from the EBSQ galleries based on the week’s theme and how the pieces relate to each other as a grouping. Our selections are usually made well in advance of the week they appear live on the site. The best way to ensure that your work is seen by our editors is to add work to the EBSQ galleries and include descriptive titles and artist statements. If your work is untitled and without a statement, it’s not likely we’ll be able to find it for consideration, even if it epitomizes a particular theme.
