That's Nellie's attempt at being 'darker' and 'more mysterious'.  There's a thread in the area you can't see that explains the whole thing.. but it's my favorite avatar of her, ever.  ...but then, I have a shameless love for Nellie.


My avatar...  um.. it's me.  Pampering myself with a minty mud masque, and testing some curlers.  It was about three years ago.   I'm given to understand that it makes me look like a hag.  S'allright with me.   My looks aren't terribly important, because people don't see me through my face, anyway.


I happen to like the seagull poop.  It's as if your avatar is saying "I shit on your preconcieved notions of what 'normal' is.  So NYAAAAH!"
