I have just joined and I want to start making digital COA's for the ACEO's I sell on eBay. I have tried and tried, but I can not find the place to do this! I have a couple of pictures uploaded although one has already sold. I would really like to do a COA for the other before I list it today. I would appreciate it so much if someone could help with this. I have searched and searched and somehow I am just missing this feature. Thanks!

To create a COA, upload (or find) the piece for which you'd like to generate a certificate in your artcase. Then, simply select "create COA" from the pull-down menu and follow the COA wizard. (the default for your pull-down menu says "edit")

Please let us know if you'd like further assistance with this process!

That was the problem! I was not noticing the drop-down menu! Thank you SO MUCH for your quick reply! I have made a COA.

I understand that I should not validate it, is that right?

Now, I will print a copy of it for the buyer and he or she will validate it--is this correct?

Also, I need to put EBSQ in my auction title and put the EBSQ logo at the bottom of the listing--is this correct?

One more thing: Do I have to use the html code for the EBSQ icon (not the one that sends to EBSQ as I basically have nothing here yet, just the picture one) or can I save it as an image myself and upload it into my auction listing myself (which would be easier given the software that I use)?

THANKS!

You are correct that you should not validate your own COAs (unless you are keeping the art for yourself!)

You are not required to use EBSQ as a search term or the logos in your auctions unless you want to. The only linked logo you are allowed to use per eBay's 3rd party credit rules is the EBSQ certified logo. And yes, you're welcome to host the image yourself if you like. If you opt to use the EBSQ templates (created via that same pull-down menu) the logo is automatically built in for you.
