Hello my name is Lisa, I have been at EBSQ for about 4 years (I think)  I just wanted to invite you all to enjoy our wonderful community. Share your ideas about art, your life, the world in general.

If you are interested in joining or have any questions about what happens around here just ask.

I enjoy everything about art, the different medias, I've tried almost everything and most of it comes from inspiration that I get right here at EBSQ. I am a hobbyist. We have plenty of professional artists here who I admire and learn from everyday. They are willing to share the knowledge, and do so almost everyday . Hopefully there will be other members who come along and introduce themselves.

Say hi, post your art, we'd love to meet you

Hi, My name is Robin Cruz McGee, Pictured below with the lovely Kris Jean. (I'm the one on the right) She thinks that I didn't expect that kind of foolishness but I knew the risk. But enough about her. (Love ya, Kris) I specialize in metalwork, mostly repousse and chasing but I do other things as well. And travel, love to travel and meet new people. I have been here for over a year and a half.

Hi, I'm Heather M. Mathieson, and I work in oils, pastels, and acrylics, painting whatever I fancy in a realistic sort of style.  I joined this year and I am loving every minute of it.  Any time I have a problem with a painting, there is always someone to help me out.  Plus I love the critiques, always good to have fresh eyes look at one's work.  This photo was taken at Pembroke Art Show and Kris Jean's painting "Rapture" is in background on the left.

Hi, I'm Darlene Dunat, and I make stained glass wind chimes. If you click on the EBSQ logo at the bottom of each of our posts it will take you to our profiles, where you can read a bit about us, and then click on Portfolio to see some of our artwork.

We have an absolutely fantastic bunch of people here, and the EBSQ forum is the first place I check in the morning and the last place I go at night. It is such a supportive group ... and very unique in that there is no flaming! The people here really care about each other. The forum sections that you can see are only a small portion of what's available to you if you join EBSQ. I highly recommend it! There is so much value here, you just can't go wrong. And the best part is, you get access to the forum sections where we really let our hair down, lol!

Greets...I am Stephanie.  As you can tell from my board name, I bead.  I love freeform beading and am a peyote stitch junkie.  I recently started making lampwork glass beads and am in the process of setting up a studio.

I own a small farm in the northwoods of Wisconsin near the shores of Lake Superior and raise Miniature Pinschers.  And bead.  And that's about it.  Oh, when I travel away from the shores of my beloved Gitchee Gummi, it would be to Jamaica, to the small south coast fishing village of Little Bay.

I even take my Jamaican flagpole with when I go sailing!

PS...Gitchee Gummi is an Ojibwa word for shining blue sea water.

Hello there!  My name is Donna Gill Colestock, and I am from Massachusetts.  I create art in numerous ways, but my favorite way is to paint, with acrylic, watercolor and pastel.  Now that my children are going off to school, I hope to do even more of that.

If you are an artist, you will find EBSQ an invaluable place to be, as both a resource and an artist community.  You won't find a nicer group of people.  Please join us!

Greetings!!!

Professionally I go by Harlan but my friends call me Jeanne. I work primarily in oil paints doing "portraits of forest floors" in my own style: sharp focus impressionism.

I live out in the woods in Michigan along with my husband, my son and my many (many) furry faced friends!

EBSQ is a wonderful community!! Great friendships, lots of inspiration, tons of creativity and something new going on every day!! It's the BEST!!!!

Uh, heya, I'm Aimee Dingman... I love paint, video games, and fantasy art (although finding time for the latter two has been difficult the last few years). I joined EBSQ right around a year ago (well, near enough).  I've been running my studio as a business for about 5 years now, here in Louisville, KY. I recently started working with poly clay by accident (ask me how, so it can infect you too).

This is me:

Hi! I'm Olga....I joined 3 (or is it 4?) years ago and LOVE it here! The information abounds and there's never a lack of support! I've made some wonderful friends here.
I'm another crazy cat lady (though not quite as crazy as Tag )
My art is all about cats and color...I paint what I see around me for the most part with a bit of whimsey thrown in now and then to keep it from being too serious...lol!

I'm Linda Falge - an old-timer, here since 2001. Six years so far, and I refuse to leave.

I don't hang on the forums so much lately, but I lurk occasionally. There is so much more to ebsq than the forums (although the forums ARE like "information central" and contain a wealth of information) but please do check out the rest of the site as well!

That's the man in my life on the left, me on the right.

Hi, I'm Muriel! I was a patron on EBSQ for 2 years before joining as an artist member a year ago, and I had no idea what I was missing! The shows are an amazing motivator, and the forums are an endless source of information, inspiration and just plain fun! I have made wonderful friends here. I cannot imagine my life without EBSQ now!

I have a BFA in drawing and painting, and am turning back to fine arts after 20 years in graphic design. I paint and draw in just about every available medium. I also enjoy photography and digital art.

ROFL, Jen, mine too!

Hi, Welcome to the ebsq. I am Heide Hibbard Reed,,,,eventually will leave off the Reed,,,just getting people used to the transition. In all my art things I go by Heide Hibbard. I am one of the troublemakers on this site,,,not sweet and nice (not that I let on anyway) like Carolyn, Lauren and Jeanne. We have a real mix of personalities here and everyone is really tolerant of each other's foibles and it is just fun to get the variety of takes on everything from kinds of canvas each person likes to all the crazy things that are shared in the coffee talk and vent area,,,

If you click on the little symbols below our avatar areas you can see what things we have in our portfolios,,,our websites, and different online stores,,,take a look and see what a diverse group of artist there are so you can see how you will fit right in,,,hope to see you on the inside
