Can't add details to art - 3/1/2014 11:20:56 AM

I added my art and can't click on it to add details or anything? two days now. I have
deleted files/cookies and restarted. Doesn't help - any ideas?

I once had this problem too. I can't say for sure that this will help you, but I change from Safari to Google Chrome and that worked. I hope this helps.

Sometimes changing the browser can help fix that. I hope it works for you!

What browser are you using, Melinda? Once we have a better understanding of what's happening on your end we can better diagnose the problem.

I use Internet Explorer and have for years - never had this problem before. :(

What version of IE? Did you recently update it?

I have IE 11 - and am having the same issues again. :( not happy :(

Have you tried a different browser to see if that's definitely the problem? The bulk of our customers don't use IE, and those that do are using earlier versions, so we want to get a better idea if this is indeed the problem.
