[this section now reflects updates to the upload/editing tools on 5 March 2011]

You can bulk upload new work via the Add Art tab under "My Profile." You'll see a progress bar for each image, and will see a thumbnail of each item after it's finished. You've now successfully uploaded your images. If you want to start editing from here, click "edit" for the newly uploaded piece you wish to edit. Otherwise, you can just click over to the "My Art" tab to continue the process.

From this point on, you're now working with individual images instead of working in bulk. Click the "edit" button for whichever piece you'd like to start with.

On your Details tab:

Here's where you include your title, size, date, media, and your artist statement. Also, if you wish this item to be hidden, or move to image hosting, click the appropriate ticky box (the default is Public)

On your Gallery Placement tab:

Here's where you make your image "live" in your portfolio by placing it in a personal gallery. (Note: Only work added to a personal gallery will appear in your portfolio and the front page of the site.) You can also add your work to up to 3 EBSQ Galleries.

On your Detail Images page:

Here's where you upload your detail images, if desired.

A look at your other tabs for this piece of art

Get Thumbs/Links gives you the url for your image if you wish to share/post it elsewhere online

Create COA lets you generate a Certficate of Authenticy for this item (Note: you can and should create COAs for both your original and subsequent reproductions from this same original image file)

Other Tools lets you create templates with your work, as well as submit your work to EBSQ exhibits.

How do I delete art from my Art Case?
Click the "X" for that item. Be aware that items that were previously in a show, Art of the Day, or have a COA attached cannot be deleted and should be hidden instead.

Andy, we responded to your earlier email with a few questions to sort out why you're not seeing what you're expecting to see when you log in. If you don't see our message in your inbox (or spam filter) report back here and we'll continue the process here instead.

I'm not adding a new piece right at this moment but when I did add art before the edit button under "add" art wasn't working. I had to go to the "my" art tab instead...so that's been fixed? For future reference.
