Kimmy,

What browser and OS are you using? We've found that our COAs now print very differently depending upon the browser and OS.

Internet Explorer = your browser

OS = Operating System = what your computer is running to make the thing work (Windows XP, Vista, Mac OS X, Linux, etc)

Let's start with Internet Explorer (also known as IE)

You'll see in the grey bar (above your tabs for whatever page you're looking at) words like File, Edit, View, Favourites, Tools, and Help.

Click help.

One of your options there says "About Internet Explorer" This will tell you what version you're running. Write down that version number and come back here and tell me what it says.
