a) we can fix your email address for you, since only an admin can do it (lord knows why, since I certainly don't!)

b) no one can see their own icons on their profile, since the software programmer assumed that you don't need to email or private message yourself. trust me, everyone else can see your info.

it would seem you have more than one account in our system and the one that you're not using ("trish") is the one that has that email address attached. we need to "whack" (in the tony soprano sense) that account for you to use your usual email address. is that ok?
