Light from the Bourbon Street doorways spills out onto the wet streets of the French Quarter, illuminating the night. This large original oil painting is painted in a modern Impressionist style with broad and confident brush strokes. If you wish to hang this unframed, the edges of the gallery wrapped canvas are also painted. (A convenient picture wire kit is included for instant hanging.) This is a one-of-a-kind original, and a signed certificate of authenticity will be enclosed. ARTIST'S STATEMENT: The French Quarter is all about light, music and laughter. I have dedicated a small portion of the sale price to the Red Cross.
