- Mysterious French Quarter SOLD
Deep, rich jewel tones capture the mysterious glow of a French Quarter Street with its shuttered doorways and deep shadows. This large original oil is painted in Diane's modern impressionist style. It may be hung unframed, if desired. The 1 1/2" deep sides of the gallery wrapped canvas are also painted, and a picture wire kit is included. This is an original work, and a certificate of authenticity will be enclosed. (Many of Diane's New Orleans scenes are in print, and this is an opportunity to own an original.) ARTIST'S COMMENTS: This painting was inspired by a photo I took walking down Dumaine Street in the Quarter.
