- Court of the Two Sisters SOLD
Golden lights from the windows of the famous Court of Two Sisters dance and shimmer on old Royal Street in the French Quarter. Painted in rich oil pigments, this large glowing oil painting measures a full 3 feet wide. It is painted on a gallery wrapped canvas, which may be hung unframed if desired. (The edges of the canvas are also painted, and a picture wire kit is included for instant display.) This is an original work, and Diane's certificate of authenticity will be enclosed. ARTIST'S STATEMENT: The inspiration for this painting came from photos which I took on my last visit to New Orleans. A small portion of the final bid will go to the New Orlean's Area Habitat for Humanity.
