This is "Therapy"
My first painting for 2011.
This abstract painting contains all the chakra colors.
It is also a textured Maori spiral of life.
The dark on the out side the light in the middle.
There is a ying-yang symbol in the middle for balance.
This is not a perfect spiral.
I free-handed the texture with my fingers.
Two dragonflies...one light, one dark...both iridescent.
The sides of the painting are coated in satin black.
The canvas is gallery wrapped, staple free and ready to hang.
The painting is protected with two coatings of UVL professional artist varnish.
