Geometric 'Outside In'
'Outside In' by Victoria Kloch is a geometric style, modern abstract painting in neutral colors that make a statement.
My work often revisits this style of art because I find it the most challenging and possibly the most rewarding. The title was inspired from the interwoven plains of color developed by many overlays. This process of overlaying paint, eventually creates depth and that is what I look for in my compositions. The colors used in 'Outside In' were grays, blue, teal, creamy yellow, black and sea foam green. I have painted each side with continuous detail so there is no need to frame.
