This little Sea Monster necklace is my entry for the "Artist Statement Necklace" exhibit.  I figured,  "what more of a statement can I make than a portrait of a Wibble?"  Because really, I'm all about the Wibbles.

This is a portrait of a Sea Monster which was hand painted on a tiny canvas that's just about 7/8" wide & 1-1/4" tall.  It's mounted in an antique style pendant base which is festooned with aqua and lime green crystals (yes I just wanted to say "festooned").  It has an antiquey bronze chain as well.
