New to the small watercolor series. Abstract Series One. Using very wet 300 lb Arches watercolor paper, Daniel Smith paint was dropped and poured onto the wet paper. Salt was sprinkled into some areas and then the painting was covered with wrinkled saran wrap and allowed to dry. When the saran wrap was removed - a little touch up with a brush revealed a butterfly.
