Purveyors of Pleasure was inspired by the Re-enactments held at Pioneertown, California.  A group of costumed actors were sitting on the steps in front of the Saloon along with visitors to the event.  I loved the idea of Old West prostitutes and cowboys.  I researched names of prostitutes in the period along with attire from the period and deleted many of the people and added my own interpretation in the old "timey" feel.
