We recently went on a camping trip to Leavenworth, WA. It is a beautiful, Bavarian themed town nestled in the Cascade mountains and was the inspiration for this painting. It sits beside the Wenatchee river and the views, everywhere you look, couldn't be more stunning. This is a "must see" place to visit if you are in the Pacific NW.
