Sunrise for Brandywyne

Art: Sunrise for Brandywyne by Artist Robert Thomas Robie
This is my holiday exchange with Dia. She requested this scene with the inclusion of her cat, Kimmy, dogs Brandywyne and Reprobate.

Sunrise for Brandywine

Now I have awakened to a dream that will last forever. To be like me is to let the ego stand aside and learn from my mistakes. I came to this land with seven seeds plucked from your heart, sister. Since papa's been here, he's seen his small crick grow larger and larger seperating him from his lost loves. Well, he just planted three on our side of the angry crick and sailed clear across it to plant the other three. They grew quick. Four of em became strong pillars and them other two grew across the crick and constricted them two sides together close like. They ended up growin into just ten boards long but the whole bridge it became was blue and papa liked that swell. Finally, the last seed he planted in the middle of his best field that he called "Dia's heart" and just as quick like became a hill fer us to laze. It don't rain here to often but when it does, there aint no thunder so Reprobate and Kimmy nap soundly, unmolested. Papa says when she comes here to stay she can carve her soul letters into her tree that sprung from the field of her heart. With her branches spread far and wide, to shade us from the rain, I do choose at this very moment, to dream of you forever and ever.
