I took a pleasant stroll down to the beach and just as I was approaching the top of a sand dune, the early morning revealed the beautiful sight of sea grasses blowing in the wind and an old fence nearly covered by sand and time.  A single sail boat was just leaving the shore. I love the ocean.

Ocean Breeze depicts the profusion of weeds growing near the shore which seems to be as ageless as the wind that blows constantly through them. Although I can’t paint the glorious sounds of the beach, memories will bring back the ocean’s timeless sound as the earth breaths in and out, and the rustle of the sea weed as the wind blows inward from the Gulf of Mexico.

The total size of this diptych style painting is 48" wide by 24" high.  It is an excellent size for hanging over a large piece of furniture.
