Nature is simply amazing - this beautiful flower growing from a simple bulb. I just had to catch this wonder with my camera. Even so I am a painter and not a professional photographer, I wanted to preserve the moment, when this gorgeous Amaryllis was in full bloom. The bulb was a precious gift from a dear friend and she gave me weeks of pleasure, watching it grow and turn into something so amazing. I wanted to share this feast for the eye with you.
