She's a beauty, and affectionately called Alexis Carrington. This is a maneqin bust with a straw hat that's been entoumbed in cement and that whole base is covered with shimmering, tiny shards of art glass. The hat brim is irredescent, with a slightly deeper tone underneath, while the top of the hat has a bright floral pattern created all in glass.
