Growing up in an agricultural community I had plenty of opportunities to observe horses in pastures. It's always amazed me to witness the communication and teamwork they exhibit even when at rest. I've always wondered, what are they us to? Are they making their dining plans "Well I say we should go eat in the upper meadow", "I prefer the shady spot under the tree" "Lets eat by the fence and maybe some kids will come by and give us some apples".
