Moon-face 7: Waning Half-Moon

Art: Moon-face 7: Waning Half-Moon by Artist Karin Elizabeth Weiss
Rising in the depth of night, the waning half-moon floats high above in the early light of dawn. Resembling the blade of a battle ax, or the hoof-print of a warrior's steed, it marks the phase when a mission must be completed. It is the point in any cycle where we achieve our aims, or we must let them go. Consequently, it is a time of revolt against limiting beliefs; a rebellion against out-dated ideas. The warrior within helps us discover what we search for, overcome what obstructs our progress, defest what threatens our liberty. The Warrior's moon stands guard, reminding us to prepare ourselves for our own daily skirmishes with life.
