I learned some time ago that a true artist must put the dirt in their soul into the canvas. When an Artist is able to clean out their secret closet then they are able to paint beauty because the artist can let the light in to the room of their soul. A room that was empty, but now must be filled with light and honesty.
People need hope. People want beauty for the most part.
I am still (after many years of painting) cleaning out my Soul Room.
STATEMENT FOR THE FIRST LOOK AT ANY ART,
Just like a beautiful song, a work of art should pull your Spirit right into the Motif.
It should touch a part of you that the every day world does not reach.
The viewer should be given some vision into the insight of the artist.
Ask Your self ? What do you feel from the image ?
